FRANKLIN COUNTY 2ND ANNUAL

 DIVERSITY, EQUITY & INCLUSION

Conference

October 22 – 23, 2024

Celebrating Differences & Building Inclusive Futures

Join us at this year’s Franklin County DEI Conference as we delve into “Celebrating Differences &  Building Inclusive Futures: Serving Through the Lens of Inclusion.” This two-day conference will highlight the disproportionate barriers faced by those with visible and invisible disabilities, immigrants, refugees, and people of color in accessing employment, housing, and essential resources. With a focus on practical strategies, we aim to foster greater inclusion, equity, and belonging in our workforce and communities.
